Vacuum Lubricants
and Sealants

Krytox® is used in all types of valves to lubricate moving parts and packing. Krytox® lubricates the valve packing and allows it to expand and contract without binding, reducing leakage around the stem. Valves operate more smoothly because Krytox® eliminates sticking and jumping. It is nonreactive and used on safety relief valves to prevent sticking and overpressurization.








Oil & Solvent Reclamation Services

TMC Industries Inc. has been reclaiming vacuum pump fluids, fluorocarbon solvents and other specialty fluids since 1982.Clean vacuum pump oil is one of the most important factors in ensuring good performance and long life of vacuum pumps. If the oil isn't reclaimed properly, it can damage your pump. Some reclamation processes consist only of particle filtration, acid neutralization, and simple distillation.

Vacuum Pump Fluids
PFPE vacuum pump fluids such as Krytox and Fomblin are used in applications where conventional vacuum pump oils cause safety, waste disposal, and maintenance problems. They are nonflammable and eliminate the chance of fire in pumps. They are non-reactive and safe in oxygen systems, providing a high degree of safety.

They are compatible and miscible with other competitive PFPE fluids as well as other non-PFPE types of vacuum fluids. PFPE vacuum fluids can be reclaimed many times. At TMC Industries Inc. we extract hydrocarbon and other contaminants, neutralize the oils, molecularly distill and fractionate the oils if necessary to separate different viscosities and final filter and dry the oils before packaging so that you receive a reclaimed oils as good if not better than the original fluid.
